Im on day 5 and its still quite heavy and i have a really bad tummy

Take panadol. (Sorry if I spelt it wrong) it usually works for me! Or just distract yourself. Like read a book, use the internet it will distract you. And your period pain will go away.

For me, catamine and naproxen helps me a lots. Tell them before the pains starts so that the effect will be faster. Before that, do consult a doctor to see if you are allergy to those pills.

Ibuprofen(same medicine as in advil) 400 mg and a warm bath.

I know how to prevent it though....never consume cold drinks if you can avoid it. If it's a cold weather, wear something extra, because during our period we can't take the cold very well

eat chocolate
rub tummy
sit in a hot bath
usually works 4 me!

a heating pad always helps and motrin of midol

if normal like other months just try to relax. to discard any disease why not you consult a good GYNAE.

ohhh... i usually take nurofen. and try to stay warm, especially keep my feet warm.
