This question you asked is a very interesting one. It is qutie a logical thing to me to wonder about that why is life such a limited thing. Wake up in the morning, watch tv, work, eat, shop, talk about meaningless stuff to people you barely know but live with, and go to sleep again to wake up tomorrow. Two or three years ago I have been a serious victim of depression. The only reason I was depressed was that I was wanting to know the reason of living. Life seemed so meaningless and fake. It seemed totally a waste to brethe at all. I wanted something more from life, something more than the regular work and coventionalities. Then I got this book called '' Star Signs written by Linda Goodman''. I read that book and since then I have been such a happy person. Now I know what to live for, why to live and I even got something higher than just the conventionals. Please buy and read that book I assure you that you would be delighted and all your questions would be answered. You will finaly find some meaning of life.

The answer is different for just about everyone.

My current meaning...

-to make the best of living in a city i don't like.
-to finish my degree
-meet/find someone that I connect with...that no matter where I go, I feel like home when I'm with them
-start a family
-making lasting, life-long friends and relationships
-be a good person - help others out
-accomplish my goals
-contribute to society and the environment - make things better for future generations

Pretty generally, this is what I want my meaning to be. Though, it might change...who knows, maybe even a week from now.

We can not get anything from nothing so changing something into this perfect state, we need something or someone so closely, Have a look at this world of wonders of yours and then you know the truth, when you listen to your real voice and then Having a strong desire to do the best every day then stick with the best to do your best. And most importantly, try to be grateful for what you have now and try to know where you come from, to have the great gift of understanding and then, have the faith to become the best winner in your life. And this is the best meaning of happy life. Good luck.

3 years ago, a burning desire awakened in my heart to find out the truth- the secrets of the universe, the secrets of us! The secret of Life. And I found out that the commonplace sayings "seek and ye shall receieve, knock and it shall be opened unto thee, ask and it shall be given" are not mere sayings! They are truths from which we can by no way escape! So after I had started seeking, I have found many truths and still I have to find so much...for there is no end in anything! Here I dare to say what I found out to be true:

Love is the foundation of this world and all the worlds. Love is the origin of life. It is the most divine force. But bear in mind that first, one has to understand what Love really is. LOVE IS ALL. and LOVE IS ETERNAL. Love is the creative force that built the universe. In other words God is Love. But this is also true that Love is God!

Now let us explore what is WILL? If our Creator had not bestowed us with the gift of Will, Free Will to be more precise, we would have been like robots. So God has given us the right to choose. So here comes a brilliant discovery- we even get to choose whether we die or live! Yes, what we call death is only a transition to other forms of existence. For in reality, there is no such thing as death, simply because you cannot die! Death means end and nothingness. Thats why there is no death. If we were only to become nothings then we would be such an imperfect creation of Immortal God! As God is Immortal everything He has created must be Immortal! The only way of Life is to Live it...forever! Physical Immortality is something which is within our reach to achieve. And we must achieve this because this is the divine plan. It depends on us to master how to live in everlasting youth. If we dont do this and choose the option of leaving our present temple(body), which we mistakenly call and assume death, we would be reincarnated again!

Many people have already achieved Physical Immortality. The number is way more than you think it is! They look so young in apperance and they remain like it. Because Time is a lie. Time cannot age you. Its only your thinking it does is what can age you.

God created us because we have to become companions of Him. Now we have to develop the growth of our souls. All the wars, killings, misfortune dont happen because God sends them to us. These are only created by our wrong thinking. We must understand how to use our WILL.

On a topic as vast as this so many things need be said but I guess its not suitable to do so in this limited space. If I have been able to awaken the desire to seek the truth in you then I am thankful.

Some of that is true, but thats just a small part of it. While nobody truly knows the meaning to this question, people have their own philosophies. Whether its to do better than the previous generations, or trying to solve as many of lifes mysteries as u can, or even learning. If life has taught you something valuable, it is not a wasted life, its meant to be cherished.

While on the face of it, life may appear to be a long trudge towards the grave, in fact many people take comfort from the fact that the meaning of life is 42.

"What a profound question".....Only you through meditation and seeking that which fulfills you, can answer this. I invite you to seek inward into the depths of your soul...meditate and invite God into your soul...only then will you find peace and true meaning to this realm. There's so much more to life than meets the eye.....the physical realm is just one aspect of it. "Life is beautiful and worth living"
With each dissapointment there comes pain and suffering but with each accomplishment there is joy and rejoicing so I say then there is a balance to all...the decisions we make today affect tomorrow and this plays a vital role in how our lives turn out..Good luck in your pursuit for meaning. Just be satisfied with what God has provided for you and for where u are in your life.

Meaning of life is the manifest your inner self like a flower blossoms and spreads fragrance. There is nothing serious about it. Everything created has a quality of its own which is manifested and we see this diverse world.
