I tried to buy a necklace as a prezzie for my grandson it was hollow gold and £65 marked up in the window....plus £2:50 for a box to put it in when the girl rang it into the till it came to £72:50. when i said it didn't add up she did it again £72:50 I said 65+2:50 comes to 67:50 the supervisor said they had put the price up but had'nt changed it in the window....I didnt buy it.

The price of Gold is increasing all the time because of demand from India and China. What they did though is really unfair so you was right not to buy it.

Yes. Food the lot is going up a few pence this week a few pence next it does indeed add up to pounds. I feel the supermarkets are not only ripping the farmers and other produces but they are also ripping us off

I know what you mean. I went to buy a blender yesterday and when I went to pay for it, the price was £10 dearer than what it originally said. 10 bloody quid! I told em to shove it.

Its coz everyone is buying their chrsitmas prezzies now and so all the shops are taking advantage!! how unfair is that!!
