no apartment is going to pay your bills for you. living on your own means you pay them yourself. grow up.

All bills paid can be a positive thing if you want to know exactly how much you will be paying out each month. Especially in Texas - during the summer months the electricity bills can be insane. Find out how much the typical utility bills are for an apartment about the same size as the ones that you are looking at. That way will give you a good idea regarding if the all bills paid apartments you are looking at is actually a good deal for you. Keep in mind that all bills paid tend to be a little shabbier and can be older units though. I'm assuming that the Denison is rather small because I live in Texas and I've never heard of that town. There may not be any all bills paid options where you live. In the small town that I'm from there never were. You may need to call individual apartment complexes to see if they are all bills paid or not. That information won't always be online.

Here's a listing that I found
http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/TX-Denison.html

My fiance and I are currently looking for apartments and one of them is an all bills paid unit that is $695 for a 600 sq ft place in a cute neighborhood. We're also looking at one that is $500 for the same size in the same area. It will probably add up to be about the same at the end of the month so really it just depends on which one we like better; though I would be comforted in knowing exactly how much our costs are each month so we don't have any unfortunate surprises.

Good luck in your search and I wish you all the best!

I lived in Denison for awhile. Let me say this much yes they will include water sewer maybe heat, but never electric because they would get burned by people like you with you terrible attitude. They will also not include cable, phone etc. You think you know it all but actually you know nothing still in school, that is a good thing but have no knowledge of the world. These people try to give you advice, and you diss them, because they do not agree with what you believe is so. Young lady I wish you luck because with that kind of attitude you will not go very far in this world. Just a note my guess by your writing is you are not yet 18, in which you cannot sign a contract for an apartment anyway. Just an observation

Frankly, you're approaching this in a rather silly fashion. "All bills (utilities) paid merely means that the landlord is paying the utilities and including them in your rent fee. Don't expect that the landlord is eating this cost because he's related closely to Santa Claus.

You're probably better off paying your own utilities, since you can then control the levels of usage. When the landlord pays the utilities, you pay for utilities whether you use them or not.

It's irrelevant what you pay now. If you had a similar unit where YOU paid utilities, the rents would be somewhat lower, to account for what you are paying.

That will be a hard thing to find. Most people that own apartments don't want to take a chance on what you are going to run up on your elec and heating bills
