Get a blank CD-R, put it in your disc drive, open Windows Media Player, click the "burn" tab, and drag the songs from your library that you want on the cd over to the playlist area on the left. You can also click the "help" tab and go to the "burn a cd" topic for more help. I have found that Sony CD-Rs don't work with Windows Media Player's "burn" mode. Memorex works best for me and WMP 11.

If you use itunes, make a playlist with all the songs you want on the cd, then in the bottom right corner, there will be a button that says "burn disc"
which you just click [of course, make sure you have a disc in your burner first]

Do you have nero software?
Go to Nero Express, select Music, select Audio CD, and browse and select the mp3 files that you wish to use.
