One way that can be helpful to reducing belly fat is by pulling your stomach muscles in for a few minutes several times throughout the day.

I would also recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they suggest.

There is no such thing as a 'perfect' diet or a 'perfect' exercise.
A balanced diet, with regular moderate exercise is the only way to lose weight. Sit ups, ab exercises can help but there is no 'perfect' answer.

see first you shoud try to do control your fat diet,
there is a product called nutrilite PROTEIN
take it and must do jogging for 10 min
see main thing our body need is protein but our body cannot absorb so much protein in a day so it retains only small quantity all throws the remaing. so if you starts taking protein every day, it will be good for you .

to reduce fat , best exercise is running.
you should take a diet with high protein

and dont take heavy meals.
instead
take 6 small meals

when u eat more calories than ur body uses, the remanent gets depostied as fat in your body. Now where it gets deposited depends on many things including gender( trunk for males, thighs and butt for females) , Now first u have to do a calorie burning exercise like walking briskly for at least 40 minutes daily , shift to a balanced diet (fruits and green leafy veg being most important) there has to be a balanced measure of protein, fat and carbo in ur diet, becos ur body needs all this, brain uses only carbo for energy so u cannot delete that, protein makes up for the structure of body so that too, fat gives a feeling of sateity so u feel full and stop eating.

basically increase the amount of calories ur body burns instead of cutting on diet. and shift to a balanced diet.
and oh, don forget to avoid oily fried stuff.

I'm 5'7" and weigh 145lbs. I can tell you from experience that for me, what really worked after having a baby (we know how hard it is to lose that baby weight) is doing cardio. I bought a regular elliptical trainer for about $300. It's been a while since I've used it, but this is what I did.

I jogged on medium resistance for 30 minutes straight every night. When I was finished, I had jogged about 1.5 miles. (Or you could try jogging around the block or the lake and go twice the distance at a higher resistance..in less time.)

After a 2-minute break, I switched to my 10-lb. weights. I worked my arms, crunches and squats in that order (3 sets of each.) All these combined will reduce your fat all around, especially on your tummy.

The first time I tried this work=out, I did it for a whole month non-stop. Then I quit. Three weeks later, I went down 3 sizes. It hasn't happened like that again since then, but my body is at the weight and appearance I want it to. I don't like rigorous exercises...and this is one that my body and time can handle. =o)

Oh! And dieting is not for me. My doctor advised me to follow this work-out; he said that if I stick to it, I could eat whatever I wanted; given the fact that I really don't eat junk food every day or consume large amounts every meal.
