It is possible. My first 14 answers netted in 13 BA's. So I wavered betweeen 80 and 100% for that period. I carefully selected my questions where I knew I could give best answers.

Questions that go to voting... it is possible. I found a question in voting and picked what I thought was best answer and it said 100% best answer. I have no idea who it was for.
For accounts, you would almost have to get BA to every question you answer, at least I see it that way.

I think that would be the coolest thing ever. Really, it would be so neat to go to someone's profile and see 100% Best Answer- especially if that someone was yourself! :)

how to get 100%
have atleast 2 accounts
1 ask questions the other answers
the questioner give bestanswer to the answerer each time thus giving him/her bestanswer
or answer one quetion and get best answeron that

Yeah, if you just answer your friend's questions and you both have a pact to chose each others answers.
Sounds like a lot of work for something of no value.

Indeed it is possible......why not?? however going through the list of top scorers in Yahoo answers,shows nobody has attained perfection as yet!!

if someone have 2 accounts in yahoo and make questions, answered by themself, choose the answer as the best answer...
but if someone only have 1 account in yahoo, i dont think so

yes it is if you are like cheating or somthing
and no it is not possible with out having a third or forth account that will ask questions and answer them and give your self a best answer
