ii go for a pelvic exam in 3 weeks...
i have gained a little weight but majority in stomach and thighs
i had symptoms but they faded kinda
and all i got nOw are red strech marks ONLY arOund my belly button =[ and fuller breast and pains on the side of my stomach
and clothes i cant fit anymOre
i also cant get any sleep anymOre
what should i expect...
anybOdie pregnant ever experience this befOre?

false positives are likely but no so common anymore, the only way to be sure is have your doc do a blood pregnancy test, my friend went through same thing but she was almost 5 months pregnant before she knew for sure

Apart from pregnancy (which is unlikely if you have taken a few pregnancy tests now with negative results) there are a few other conditions where you might not have a period of 3 months.
Your doctor should look for these:
Hypothyroidism
Polycystic ovary syndrome
Hormone secreting ovarian cysts

Could be false negatives, go to the doctor and ask for a blood test, or wait for your pelvic exam.

you can get negative results if you are pregnant so mabe get you doc to do a test, it could be a phantom pregnancy but i think you still get the hormones so should come up positive.
i would get checked out as it could be anything, sorry thats not very helpful
