For a vegan, I am obsessed with cheese. I ask my friends to eat it for me when I'm around (only if they already have it on hand), so I can almost satisfy my urge to eat it. The one I like for them to eat the most (and that I formerly enjoyed SO MUCH) is feta. Sad, I know. When I was living at home with my folks growing up, I put that sprinkle-parmesan cheese on everything but cereal and ice cream.

Camembert/Brie - distinctive not only in taste but in texture. They're more versatile as well, I can use them on more things than most other cheeses.
