The national security agency, (Bushtapo),has created a global spy system codename ECHELON, that captures and analyze virtually every phone call,fax, e-mail and telex messages sent anywhere in the world.
It is operated in conjunction with Canada, England, Australia & New Zeland.
The system is fairly simple in design: position intercepts stations all over the planet, to capture all satellite, microwave, cellular and fiber optics communication.
We call it "democracy"

No because I keep my copper hat on all of the time. Copper works better than the standard tinfoil.
