I'm 46, and if I had a "do over" I would have made more of my high school education, and kept more options open to me. As it was I coasted through as an "average" student but was capable of so much more. Still, live and learn.

At 50 I have been around the world several times. I would start taking those travels a lot sooner. I would like to have learned to be happy just that I woke up this morning a lot earlier in my life also.
Just sit down and think about what you would like to do in life. Travel and sail the seas for me. Then go into whatever endeaver will take you into that.
Example. Sailing the world. If you can't buy the boat start by swabbing the deck of some one elses. Get into your dream early.

I have actions I wish I hadn't taken, and things I wish I hadn't said, but ultimately, I am really happy with my life at 43, and if I changed things from my youth, I might not be where I am today.
I would say it's more important to learn from your past mistakes and not repeat them than to have never made them in the first place.
Life is like a river, and it flows from one end to another. Change the course of the river early on, and it will flow somewhere else. I like where I have arrived at, so I would change nothing.

I would take my unopened packs of hockey and baseball cards, and use my allowance to rent a safe deposit box for them.
Naaaahh, I'd rip open the packs and chew the stale gum and play with the cards and trade them and wreck the corners of them.
In other words, nothing!

The time I finished High school. I'd go to a different university so I wouldn't meet my husband. LOL
