Don't know all of them but Box.net is good. But for some reason Zonealarm considers it a spyware site and tries to block access to it. I tried to go to the ZA user forum but they seem like useless dorks. Box assures me they put nothing in my computer.

the best site to upload your own files is myspace you can make your own profile it also like a chat

or http://www.rapidshare.net/.com as they all are file hosters and the last two are really fast.
