I was just about to ask this question too.
WrestleMania IV, VI, VIII, and 2000 were pretty good, but I think WrestleMania III was probably the best. Back than nobody was sure if wrestling was staged or not, so having the Immortal World Champ against a 500lbs+ giant was really increadulous. Not only that, the Randy Savage/Rickey Steamboat IC Title match was known as one of the greatest WWF matches of all time.
As for the worst: WrestleMania VII, XIII, X-9, and 22 were, too an extent, poor. But by far the worst would have to be WrestleMania XI, the main event totally ruined it. Bam Bam Bigalo vs. Laurence Taylor, Bigalo carried Taylor the whole match and had every right to win. Salt n' Pepper's performance wasn't that great anyhow.

Wrestlemania 18 was awesome and so was 20 and 17.
Worst one would have to be either Wrestlemania 2 or 23

Best : Wrestlemania 3 and Wrestlemania 19
Worst: Wrestlemania 23 ( accept for the taker vs batista and the money in the bank match )

19 was great. 4 Main Event Matches. Match quality wise all wrestlemanias seem lack luster up untill recent history. Wm 23 was dissapointing.22 had hits/Misses. 94/95 weren't all that great but I like nostalgia. Worst one for me was the one in three arenas.

Capitol Punishment 2011 and WM27 have been the two worst pay according to perspectives that i've got ever watched. the two have been flat out undesirable. an entire waste of my time and funds. I regularly attempt to locate the stable in WWE, yet guy, those PPV's have been rubbish.

worst: Wrestlemania 23. it accomplished nothing (most of the champs retained), too much hype over battle of billionaires.

best was the first since u can never outdo the first of anything.
worst was 19 with it just being to stupid and over hyped.plus a bad main event that everyone knew the ending to anyway
