Limitations ?

Can anyone plz tell me whether it is possible to limit the access to programs etc by third party.if so how to do it. a password only prevents the start up but i want to restrict viewing & modyifing programs without permission

In fact, you got most of the answer.

Using IF...THEN statement. IF not pass the password, THEN jump to the END. Then, only assigned people can use your software.

In OS, you program would be some object code but if it is the machine for development, you should use "hide" feature or even encrypt it.
