help my eisenhower dollar has two circles on the back?

my eisenhower dollar has two small circles in the middel of the eagle what are they????????????????????

Taiping is probably right... but it could also be counting wheel damage at the mint. Not worth any premium.

Most likely it is damage done outside the mint. I know of no mint process that would do it. I would need to see it to be 100% sure. Take it to a coin dealer or two or maybe there is a coin club in your area, they would help.
