I don't.

I do.

I used to before, but then the food just tastes bad. So now I do after.

sometimes I Do so my feet don't freeze and keep me from sleeping but then I take them off if I wake up in the middle of the night because I'll feel suffocated otherwise.

Just me, my husband snores too loud so he sleeps in another room so I can get some sleep. He has sleep apnea and has to use a machine for breathing when he sleeps.
