Condoms are especially important during anal sex. Think about the normal purpose of the rectum. Think about how much bacteria there is in fecal material! You are going to be getting that bacteria all over your penis if you don't cover up! Disgusting, isn't it? Always use a condom -- always.

No it's not safe! Use a condom at all times to prevent STD's. In any sexual act your penis will develop microscopic fissures that allow body fluids as sweat, blood, fecal matter, etc. to enter. Washing with hot water and soap will not flush out this matter. This is how STD's are spread and HIV/Aids is something you don't want! About the only time this is not a problem is if you are with the same partner exclusively and your partner is with you exclusively and you are both perfectly healthy. Even then there is a risk due to different body chemicals that can mingle and mutate into an STD.

Anal sex without a condom is NOT safe. There's no chance of pregnancy, but it can transmit STDs.

aids can still be tranferred in anal sex, as when there is penetration, there is a thin layer of skin that may tear or break, aids will then beable to pass through the blood!!!!

thats why gay men can get aids too!

if you mean safe in terms of falling pregnant, there is no way you can fall pregnant during anal sex.

There is much bigger chance to get STD during anal sex. why??? because you get lots of microscars when doing anal sex(much tighter and no so good lubricated) and that leads to much higher risc of getting hiv or any other desease.

You should always wear a condom with any kind of sex. You can still give and receive STD's/STI's.. And if the semen leaks near and somehow get pushed into the vagina you can still get pregnant.

Try to write in English and be more specific. Are you male or female and are you talking about straight or gay sex? STD's are always high risk. Gays get STDs as much as stratights, including HIV.
