Sting is my favorite wrestler and RVD is my second favorite.
Who else think that right now when Sting is not in his prime RVD can beat him ?
Who would win if both were in their primes ?

It's true, Sting's no longer in his prime, he's not as fast or in as great condition as he used to be, Van Dam is a little too extreme for Sting. However, if these two were to go at it in their primes, that would be a match to see. I guess it depends on what kind of match they had. In a No DQ match I'd go with Van Dam. But if this were to be called down the middle I think Sting.

Sting would destroy RVD. Even past his prime Sting is better than half the wrestlers that are called household names today.

I think Sting is still very good for being past his prime and think he could still beat RVD. If both of them were in their prime i think Sting would annihilate RVD.

It depends on who booked the match.

Now: RVD is more popular, so it would make sense for him to win.

In their primes: Sting was more popular, so he would probably draw more money with a win.

Rob Van Dam is my all-time favorite, however. So if I were booking, he'd always win :).
