The BCS allows 2 teams per conference to get into a BCS bowl game. OK won the Big 12 South and the Big 12 conference championship. I would assume that Missouri should be the other team regardless of their record vs Kansas' record because they won the Big 12 North division title, which should mean that they are second in the Big 12. But really, who know how these idiots eun the BCS.

You know what's bad about this. Kansas is a 1 loss team and Mizzou is a two loss team. I'd rather see Mizzou in the BCS for an at large bid than Kansas and maybe the pollsters might see it the same way. But right now it seems that Kansas will get an at large bid over mizzou because of their record and ranking.

I think there are 4 teams out there who deserve the shot over Mizzou....
Kansas (only 1 loss in that tough Big12, also will probably be top 4 so auto BCS bid)
Georgia (2 losses in the SEC,,,, and as a BCS non conf winner ranked in top 4 auto)
Illinois (3 losses but #2 in the Big 10 to possible eventual NC Ohio St (whom Illinois beat))
and Hawaii (assuming they win tonight and maintain there BCS spot, they have complied with what is needed for auto bid from a non BCS conf team.)
It does suck though that your Mizzou beat 2 of those the ... I would definately put Mizzou in first team out spot... if that is any consolation.

well i think it is up to the voters. if they place mizzou where they should be which is in front of kansas then they may not get snubbed. i doubt that kansas will end up in the top four of the final rankings because they will likely get jumped by LSU and Va Tech after the big wins today. so sith that being said the missouri tigers would be in place for an at large bid over kansas.

there are better teams out there now. Oklahoma will take their place in a BCS bowl game because they won. Oklahoma will probably move up to 5 or 6, and Mizzou will drop to 7 or 8.

Missouri still can go to a BCS Bowl game if they are selected before Kansas. Whichever one of them is not selected should go to the Cotton Bowl.

They have lost twice to OU, so OU should be ahead of them. OSU has one loss and should be ahead of both. It should be OU or Hawaii vs. OSU.
