Hmmmm.... its hot..... its cheesy.... its a glass makers new favorite food.. its molten mac and cheese!

Not a good idea. The melting point of glass is so high that it will burn the cheese when they are combined. Instead consider an epoxy resin blend. It will harden into a glass-like state in time, but will not char your cheddar.
