Anything that is seen flying, but can't be identified can be called an UFO. So yes, ufo's exist.

It is said that the bible contains many references to what could be ufo's. One that comes to mind is the passage in Ezikial 1:4 "And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire infolding itself, and a brightness was about it, and out of the midst thereof as the colour of amber, out of the midst of the fire."

I don't know that spaceships from other worlds are real, but I keep an open mind. It is hard to beleive that Earth is the only planet to produce intelligent life.

In the literal sense, yes Unidentified Flying Objects are real. A blip shows up on a radar and the computer can't always identfy it. It's may be a new aircraft not in the data base, or just a random pocket of air the screws up the radio waves and a flying object shows up where there's nothing at all. in the sense I think you're talking about, flying saucers with little grey men, not likely. Why would they go through all the trouble to come here and not make contact, just to observe but not interfere? Not likely. If they just came to observe I think they'd make a bit more of an effort to hide thier presence.

ufo sightings... let us break down what a UFO is. it is an unidentifiable flying object. if i saw the good year blimp and it was flying but i could not id it... it is a UFO! Oh gee, they do exist. your question should be does ET exist. I say, god would be pretty f'ed up making us the only life out there in the entire universe. whether or not et visits is all up to them. sorry for the condesending tone but, some people need to phrase their questions better.

UFOs are real since UFO means Unidentified Flying Object. Since most of the time we don't know what it is, it is indeed a UFO.

Now, if they are alien vessels or not.
They could be, but even if they are not, that doesn't mean there are no aliens visiting or have visited the Earth.

I believe the odds are that there MUST be alien life elsewhere in the universe, and it is certain to be plentiful.

Have alien space craft actually made it to our obscure outpost in an out of the way galaxy at the outer edge of the universe? Probably not.

Actually it would be almost impossible for another intelligent life form to travel long enough to reach us. Unless they have discovered how to travel 100s of times faster than the speed of light they would never be able to reach us in a thousand years. We truly are in the boonies out here.

Our planet is NOT the centre of the universe as we like to think. We are pretty insignificant and unremarkable.
