the best thing to do is NO CONTACT!!! and be strict about it.

in the beginning have a good cry, get angry, eat heaps of ice cream after that throw out (or box up) everything that reminds you of them and dont look at it (if you boxed it) till your sure you are over it. clean out your house, get a new haircut, reinvent yourself without them.

decide to move on and hang out with people you didnt see much while you were with them. Basically just start your life again as a new "you".

breakups hurt like hell but trust me... you do get over it. It just takes time. Then you will wonder what you ever saw in them !!

good luck :) x

Don't really know since I broke it off with every guy I dated until my hubby came along. Just never let anyone get that close to me til he came along.

Post boyfriend would normally find me out with friends sometimes eating out, sometimes bar hopping. Been so long though that now I think a big tub of Jamoca Almond Fudge from Baskin Robins might take some of the sting out of it.

i lay in bed and contemplate the meaning of life untill i realize that no one will ever know, then i get some ice cream and watch a movie that makes me cry, then i cry myself to sleep, then when i wake up i have ice cream for breakfast and play video games all day, then i cry myself to sleep again, then i wake up and realize that what will be will be and crying isn't going to help and go about my normal buisness

I move on. I'm to old to waste time on things I cant change. Things happen, seeking revenge wont give you any content and sometimes it can cause more problems. Crying about it is worthless because its not going to change a thing.
