I usually play music to suit my mood! But music is, essentially, my therapy. An hour alone with music brings my stress level way down and I feel much better afterward, refreshed even.

Yes and no, yes if you allow it to, no if you don't allow the music to. I usually don't let the music put me in the mood. First I get into that mood and play the music that caters to that style, it doesn't get me there but it sure as hell keeps me there. I play some mean stuff before job interviews and/or before I get up in front of people to speak. It keeps me pumped.

Yes, it surely can. Different songs that you play can make you feel different moods. Some you can relate to and you may feel happy when listening to them or you could feel depressed.

Definatly. You cant help but feel good after listening to Boston's More Than feeling.

On the flip side, I was getting ready for a fight and listened to Motley Crue's Bastard and Knock em dead kid and I was pumped.

yeah, really easily too.

i also noticed this in my friend the other day. she was already really upset, then bring me to life by evanescence came on and she started ranting more and speeding up (we were in the car).
