I know at least three or more Wiccans, and from what they have told me several times, you can use a spell for just about anything, just be careful when doing it. Remember that everything has its price. If you do something, expect the side effects. It is okay to cast spells, but remember that what you do can come back to haunt you. If you wish ill will on another, that ill will may come back to you. Now, you are doing a spell to relieve your stress, that is okay because it is on yourself for the purpose of bettering yourself. I am not a Wiccan, and I cannot cast a spell over the computer, but there are people out there who, you just have to know where to look.

For those who do believe that people can actually cast spells, there is a book that you can find at any good bookstore (Borders or Barnes & Noble for examples) that is called White Spells. That contains bath magic, candle magic, and crystal magic. All three have ways of calming rage. For those who don't believe, the best way to rid your rage is to write over and over on a piece of paper what you are mad about, then rip the paper into the tiniest pieces you can. Ripping the paper will take your mind off of the rage and any time you do think of the cause you can feel better knowing that you are ripping it up. No kind of magic involved.

I'm sorry, but even this wizard can't make hard feelings go away. perhaps instead of casting a spell, cast a question that leads to ironic response. or perhaps cast a few stones, that one helps, as long as you've got good aim.

Have you tried working out? Exercise relieves muscle tension and clears the mind. Try jogging, karate, shooting some hoops, tennis or racquetball. Getting your mind and body active will help get that rage under your own control.

We don't really know you so casting a spell for you may be a bit difficult.

Best wishes to you though, hope that helps.

Anger teas

Make a cup of your favorite tea. While it is steeping, chant:

Fiery anger, go away.
Calmness come and with me stay.
Soothe my mind so I can think,
Steep peace of mind within this drink.

****or

Make yourself a nice cup of mint tea. Sweeten it. Chant the following over the tea before drinking:

Cool my anger, herb of mint.
Honey/Sugar sweeten my intent.
My attitude, I ask you, change.
Toss heat of temper out of rage.

or

Cooling mint I ask of the, take this anger far away.
Soothing herb I beseech you, keep those emotions at bay.

Yes for sure and the person who can do it is,'YOU.' I for one wouldn't let anybody else meddle with my emotions.and moods. That would tantamount to giving charge of myself to some one else. Not acceptable ,no matter what's the cost and efforts.

Bang your head against a table repeatedly until one of three things happens.
1. You forget about the anger. (rare)
2. you break the table. (common)
3. you die from blood loss leaving you with nothing to be mad at. (100% garunteed)
Problem solved.
