Either the core is plugged or you have air in your cooling system. Make sure the heater control is functioning properly before attempting other repairs. Some cars have bleeders on the cooling system that can be used to remove excess air. Hopefully yours does. If there is no air in the system then your heater core is probably plugged. Disconnect the hoses to the heater core and either blow through them or hook one side up to a garden hose and check for flow. If you can't blow through it or get water through it then it is plugged. If it isn't plugged then check the climate controls because they are malfunctioning. If it is plugged then you can try unplugging it with heater core and coolant flush they sell at parts store. I have used them with some success but I have been more successful with over the counter drano drain cleaner for your plumbing. Keep the top hose connected and poor some drano in it and listen. It should make a gurgling sound. Try it a couple of times and if it works make sure you flush the remainder of it out with a Garden hose. If it doesn't work then you will have to replace your heater core. Good luck.

check the heater hoses going in to the firewall and see if their hot or warm,if just one of then is warn then its the heater core blocked,if both are hot then this means it going through and should give off heat, the only other thing it would be is the inside control unit not opening the right blend door or not working all at all, those are pretty simple built, check the hoses first though that will tell you if its circulating good enough to give off heat, good luck i hope you get it.
