Mystery , History, plot or active mind?

Question

Heading into the week-end news with the Republican debate by CNN at the main talking points. Sunday morning shows centered around the debate.
AND Bam Hostage situation happens at Hillary campain headquarter.
Week end news is now centered around( Hostage and Hillery )and the Rep debate is forgotten news.

Man had History of past problems and some very current problems, Any outside guidance? yes I mean that, lets see what type of help he gets?

Plots lurk under every rock and around every corner. I believe this was just a really strange person. No one, in this day of information availability is going to take the chance of planting something like that. My opinion only.
