I don't do it all the time but Its one of my coping strategies when I am very stressed or depressed.
I set out a list of about a dozen things I have to do. The things have to be manageable and I don't always do them in the order they are written. Then I tick them off as I do them. It gives me a feeling that I have actually accomplished something and gives me a reason to get out of bed in the mornings I can see what I still have to achieve. It also means I don't forget things when life is difficult.

Wow! If I have been you i might only provide up speaking to him. do not text textile him message him or myspace him. evaluate it over.
