He's screamingly funny. It's hard to prevent myself from writing a term paper on Lewis right now. He's moving comedy in new directions.

He's funny because he's cynical, but sometimes he's too cynical, and he comes off as whiny.
I'm pessimistic enough, thank-you, without havin' to listen to ol' Lewis Black, whinin' about his pet peeves, for twenty minutes, on Comedy Central. I came to laugh, son!-- not to hear you ***** about child-safety caps, & the like...!
Yeah, but basically, he's pretty funny... hee-hee!

Yes, I'm watching his Comedy Central routine right now. I think he's smart and funny, but also makes some very good points on politics.

I own both "Black On Broadway"
and "Red, White & Screwed".
I've referenced him and how funny/brilliant
his stuff is well over a dozen times on here...

My family howls with laughter when we watch him! I am recording some new shows on HBO, I can't wait to hear him talk about politics. He is a national treasure!

he has his moments of funny, but i don't think he's very funny. I like Demitri Martin and Chris Rock.
