A new home.
There might have to be some significant sacrifices if we make a move at this time. But I am not sure of that.
It would most likely depend on the sacrifices involved.

nothing i am just waiting for january to come so that i could travel and be with my parents in the Philippines for we are going to put up our business there, a little bar in makati and i hope it clicks....no worse thing should happen i have invested a lot on that business hehe

Well...to put it lightly my dear, sometimes waiting is the best we can do. Who knew that guy that I just broke up with was psycho? I couldn't see it! Why not...because I didn't wait. And another reason is because it always goes on sale.
