You can be any age, everyone's body is different including yours...even babies touch themselves....

at any age a girl can have an orgasm but, shes still to young. Her priorities right now is to finish school not to ask why she haven t had an orgasm yet?

I have been able to get an orgasm with clit**** stimulation since I discovered it when I was 7. I wasn't able to get a vaginal orgasm until the first time I had sex when i was 13. Hope this helps answer your question :)
