It's going to be a strange and somewhat difficult Christmas this year... My mom has become confined to a wheelchair and since their home is full of stairs, they are moving. They are putting the house up for sale as SOON as they get it ready and hope, hope, HOPING it sells right away, so they can move into the condo they have found. So the house is a MESS and I've been going up there every week (they live 2 hours from me) to help out. As you can imagine, this move is EXTREMELY stressful, especially since Mom can't do much and Dad gets tired so easily (they are in their 70s). Plus, they are leaving the house they have lived in and LOVED for 34 years.
Going up there has me so busy that I don't plan to even decorate MY house this year.
In the end, this move should be a great thing for them, IF they survive!
Well... You asked!!

not a thing I am not christian, and i hate what this so called religious holiday does to the entire nation. That would include the fools creating massive credit card debt to by crap no one needs, the annoying music in the stores, the dumb sentimental movies on TV, the hypocritical govt taking an enormous time off on the tax payer dime, the ludicrous argument about merry Xmas or happy holidays, the entire structure is designed to make the average person go into debt, give a boost to the retail section, and punish the poor and under privileged. thanks for asking.

Slapping on a smile and praying the real Santa will hook the kids up cause mommy's broke. If not, they are good kids, they will understand and forgive me.
