I do not want anyone living with me but the person is family of my girlfriend. I have no choice in the matter it seems but I own part of the place? Can I just call the police and say they are trespassing or something? I refuse to let them come. They are liars and full of it. I might leave and let them stay stuck with the bills. I expressed my feelings but they don't care.

This sucks.

If your GF does not care what you think about who lives under your roof, then it sounds like your choices are to:
1) Find a new roof to live under
2) Find a new GF.
3) Deal with it.
In your shoes I would go with option #2.

Owning only part is the problem. When you buy a house with someone else you don't have any more rights than they do.
My boyfriend wanted his dad to move in with us but it was my house and I didn't allow it. I offered to let him move out and get a place with his dad.
Did you have a partnership agreement when you bought the house? You can't move out and let them live there without trashing your credit. Can you buy her half or sell her your half?
Partnerships are harder than most people think so they forget to put things they would have put in a lease.
Maybe you can sell the house and each go your own way if you have equity.

I would suggest that you kick your girlfriend out. That will end the issue.

Keep refusing to let them come. If they arrive, call the police. It's your house too.

Cold but I would tell her it is us or you and them end of subject. If she did not like that answer kick her to the curb, find someone else, if not have her buy you out of your ownership and move on.

If it's your house, it's your choice. If you don't want them there simply don't let them move in. Change your locks if necessary. Good luck to you.
