check you security settings or firewall settings. open Internet explorer and go to tools and then to Internet options then content. check your settings there. If it is a firewall issue go there and check your settings. You probably installed something that has controls like this and you need to reset them.

try a better browser like firefox. This might help as it is less prone to errors and spyware.
