If you are pregnant and the insurance has not started, I highly DOUBT that the insurance company will accept you pregnant. Your best bet is to see if your state has any insurance programs you can enroll in....don't delay!

Some medical companies won't pay for the pregnany for the first year. Unless you have proof that you had insurance previously.

I think you can probably wait as long as you are careful. 90 days is a long time (the whole first trimester) but it usually doesn't hurt to wait until 8 or 10 weeks. by the time you are two months along they really like to see you and make sure everything is doing good.

Good luck

MOST OB/GYNs will not see you for your first appointment until you are at least 10 weeks along. So, you might be pushing that a bit, but you COULD if you really wanted to. Just make sure to take really good care of yourself in the meantime. Eat well, exercise moderately and safely.

As much as I want to tell you NO, you can't wait, I won't because I understand where you are coming from. The bills from pregnancy are usually huge and MOST insurance companies won't pay for it as a "pre-existing" condition.

Like I said, just take REALLY good care of yourself and that little baby.

Good luck!

depending on the doc they won't see you until you are 8-12 weeks anyway.

Make sure you take your vitamins and eat good...if anything seems out of the ordinary, I would go in sooner.
