to those above, Jesus did not talk about Homosexuality or the subject of abortion, these subjects were clearly outlined in the law of Moses, know to the Jews as grave sins.
Jesus did not hate wealthy people, or those who had wealth, if their heart was in the right place. However if a persons wealth corrupted his heart, it was better to give it away then live with the sin.
Jesus teaching about sexual impurity, as with the woman at the well ,or the woman who was to be stoned. His response was sin no more! Love your Neighbor was his teaching, but it didn't mean be an enabler

Jesus said that the greatest commandment was to "Love the Lord your God with all you heart, and all your mind, and all your strength", and the second was "to love your neighbor as yourself". (Luke 10:27)

You can only love God by honoring Him in the ways he ordains. God hates homosexuality, infant murder, and all sorts of other sins. Therefore, if you want to rank what Jesus spoke of, homosexuality and abortion were of greater importance than poverty in that they violated the great commandment. However, loving your neighbor is also another way we show love to God, and is important as well.

The first two have commandments against them,,, The penalty for laying with a man as woman is death,,, The punishment for murder is death. All already knew these only this generation of vipers seems to forget the first words of God. And even in Christs message all would die that did not come to him in repentance. The book is much better than the movie you should read it.

Jesus never said anything about either homosexuality or abortion. He did say a great deal about how people outht to treat their fellow human beings-including thsoe in poerty.

The religous right should try reading those parts of the New Testament sometime--they obvously aren't following Christ's teachings now.
