My annoying neighbor?

Is playing Disco again. Should I ask him to kindly turn it down or should i drown it out with some Heavy Metal?

Actually, go to bagpipe music... it will easily cut through the heaviest bass at only half volume! No kidding!
Hit the music store or download some... maybe the Royal Blackwatch or other group. This stuff is geared to to waft over the highlands for miles.
I had neighbors that had LOUD patio parties and their bass was rattling the pictures on my walls... when it was time to go to bed, I cranked up some bagpipe music and opened my patio door... they shut theirs down fast.

Poor you!! Disco YUCK!!
Well you can play his game of dueling stereos or you can go over and tell him its too loud. If that doesn't work and as most city's do have noise ordnance codes you can then call the police on him.
If he is a bad neighbor you can always post his home at http://www.rottenneighbor.com for your area as I've done it on a few druggies who live up the street from me.

go to him and say,
"Hey stop it or you will be doing the hustle with my fist! & I'll electric slide you across the d*mn floor! Got it?"

then if he doesn't listen......guess what?.......

Then you will have to kill disco again....

I say. 1st...ask him to "turn the music down...i'm trying to..." make it seem like he's really disturbing you from something importaint!
and if that doesn't work......
