If you have a digital cable box from Comcast, then you can access the OnDemand programs, by going to channel 1.

There are a few things that must be paid for, or subscribed to:
pay-per-view movies (obviously), and the on demand version of the pay channels (HBO, Cinemax, Etc.). WWE 24/7 is a subscription based on demand thing as well, I think.

There are a pile of free movies, and OnDemand channels available as well (some of its 'on the air' programs, like South Park; and some of it is unique programming).

I have the platinum package which includes all the movie channels and on demand. It cost me about $140.00 a month
