You need to get a book on HTML/XHTML, then you will need to learn PhotoShop or Fireworks, you will also need to know dreamweaver or any other web authoring tool you can download some by searching sourceforge.net, but you will need to start firstly by learning HTML and for that you will need to go through books or ebooks. Dreamweaver comes with some books aleady installed in it may be you can try that. Good luck :)
