Why do you ask ? A cheese person can enjoy cheese in any form. I enjoy melted cheese in a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with a true dill pickle on the side. If there is a block of cheese ( land o' lakes or Hellava ) love it cubed with saltine crackers. From a buffet, to spear a piece with a toothpick is satisfying.
