If that is a florist rose then it will next to impossible to find out what it is because florist roses are especially bred for cutting and are not usually offered as a plant to the public. However there are some that are very similar.

I had some in Idaho and Oregon they were called lady banks--I ordered them from Medford Oregon, there is a huge nursery there and now I can't remember the name of it.*** Jackson and Perkins is the nursery name.
