If the US was invaded for its continued possession and development of WMD and had thousands of innocents slaughtered would you feel it was justified? Would it be okay to bomb the US back to the stine age because it has WMD? Or would you fight it?

It is also illegal for any other country to possess WMD because they murder civilians. The world just wants a little less hypocrisy from the USA.

None of your comparisons are valid.
Your point would be that if cops gave up guns, bad guys would also give them up.
In spite of your concerns, there are "good" guys and "bad" guys.
Choose sides.

That ship sailed in 1945, sorry. Same goes for the rest of the 'nuclear club.' Once a nation has a stockpile of nukes, invading it becomes a very foolish undertaking. The more nations who enter the club, the greater the risk of one of them starting something (quite possibly, accidentally). Thus the anti-proliferation efforts, like those directed at Iran. Of course, with 20 million or more foriegn nationals occupying US territory against the will of the American People, one could argue that the invasion is well under way, and quite successful.

I dunno....I got laid a lot back in the 'stine' age and drank a lot of Boones Farm Apple Wine. I even smoked dope, dropped acid and did magic mushrooms. I....oh, I though you said 'stoned age'! Excuse me! If we ever get invaded their chances of getting through traffic will be almost zero if they ever want LA or New York. But let's be real....if we ever were invaded for real I suspect we'd just deal with the situation just the same way the Iraqis are dealing with it. We'd all be 'Unlawful Enemy Combatants' and damned proud of it. Personally, being a teacher, it would be a break for me to get out there and help 'repel boarders'. Where can I sign up?

Why don't you talk about all the Iraqi civilians being killed by the Islamic terrorists? Or all the civilians killed by Saddam before they strung him up? And if we wanted to kill civilians, we'd use the WMDs we have and make the Middle East a radioactive cesspool. But we won't. Want to know why? Because we value human life, unlike the guys who set off indiscriminate road side bombs and hide behind the general population.

If the US threatened to wipe Israel off the map, or tried to wipe out one of it's own ethnic groups with Serin gas, or was financing Islamic extremists around the world, I would think it would be the duty of a more powerfull and more responsible nation to bomb us into the stone age, or stine age as you put it.

I understand you are far more educated than anyone else on here.... Could you explain how its illegal for the US, Russia, France, UK etc etc to have nuclear weapons? What law is being violated? If you dont have an answer I'll just assume that your rhetoric is another attempt for you to validate you 3rd world nation.

u do know that there is almost no way a country can possibly invade the U.S. or even bomb us back to da stone age, right? We do kinda have rockets that can take out nucleur missles, and besides, whos gonna shoot one at us? North Korea who can barely shoot a missle over Japan, or China who would self-destruct without the U.S.

If Saddam was in charge of the US, and was executing people, and using WMDs against his own people, we would fight alongside the soldiers.
Clearly, this is not happening.
