Extending your cash memory in your computer?

I am trying to download free ducumentry movies on my computer and I can watch only 15-20 min of the movie then it freezes.
I think my cash memory is not sufficiant.
any idea how to do this or to solve this problem?

This isn't a cache issue. Perhaps you don't have enough RAM? Is it a streaming video or something you downloaded? Make sure your video drivers are up to date -- they are the #1 cause of computers that freeze when playing video.
