my hubby has a warrent in another state and we need to know what we can do from here in texas to deal with it the other state is oregon. he got out of jail and was given a PO but never showed up he left state to come home to us is there anything we can do to end the warrent?

He can return to the state and serve out his sentence in prison, since he didn't appreciate the courts cutting him a break. What he did is in the same category as escaping from prison.

It's called a warrant, and your best option is for your husband to call his probation officer and find out what he needs to do clear his warrant.

He should have done this before he left the state. Depending on what the warrant says, he can be extradited back to Oregon if he is stopped by the police.

Either way, if he stopped by police, and the warrant from Oregon comes up he will end up in jail and whatever happens after that will be up to a judge.
