Rudy stands against everything that makes you a conservative republican. His voting record has been pro-choice, anti-gun, pro-gay marriage, ..... basically a liberal democrat. Why would a conservative Republican even consider him? And he is leading the polls! I just don't get it. Try a real American! Vote for Ron Paul!

I can't think of any reason to vote for him. I also don't get it. I find it amazing that people can't see what a creep he is. Then again they missed it with Bush also.

Rudy is the best chance to defeat socialism in our time. And he is a real American! What, a little racism from the Paul-bots? He's a moderate conservative, which is exactly what this country needs.

17 thumbs down, and Ron Paul's supporters continue to fade.

Vote for Rudy!

If he's so evil, then why does Pat Robertson (sp?) support him.

Rudy got New York city straightened out, he kept calm and order during 9/11 (look at Katrina to see how NOT to handle a disaster), and he's anti-terrorist (Hillary is kind of on the fence).

Rudy might BE anti-gun, but he's not going to BAN handguns. Hillary will (if she can pass the bill through congress).

He straightened out New York City and crime went down because of it. Anyone who managed the crisis such as 911 as he did I would vote for. He has an edge about him, integrity and the will to see the country become great again. The only reason Billary is running for office and leading in the poles is because she is trying to escape the shadow of the Playboy. she'll always have that over her and that's why she'll go down. Who the F is Ron Paul anyhow? is he a chef?
has anybody heard of him? Please....

Go back and check you're polling data..Huckabee is leading in a few states, Romeny in a few others..Overall, it's a close race. Ron Paul has enough points to put him on the graph, and any of the four would be better than Hillary.

Nah. He handled 9/11 well, and I think he'd be an improvement over the current resident, but I didn't like his performance prior to the attacks and wouldn't vote for him. As far as Republican mayors of large cities go, I didn't think Richard Riordan did a bad job in LA. But I'll be voting D in 2008 unless they nominate the Devil.

Rudy Giuliani is the candidate that the muslim terrorists fear the most. He would be the best candidate to make America energy independent and defeat the islamists!

Because he's strong on defense. And except for pro-choice, I support the other things you mentioned -- not anti-gun, which he's not. He wants restrictions for buying guns and bans on types of guns that no rational civilian needs to own. That's not going against the constitution. You just can't peg each Republican or Democrat to certain beliefs. Thank goodness most of us make our decisions based on the issue.

ived lived in nyc for 25 years, in no way is Rudy a liberal democrat at all. I followed him as mayor, hes the most conservative mayor NYC ever had.
I would vote for him because he improved my quality of life by 60%, worked hard and stuck to his word. Hes touch on crime and sticks to his word.
I also met him and liked him
