Use the ideal gas equation:

PV = nRT

Solve for n: n = PV/RT

Plug in the numbers in proper units!

780mmHg/760mmHg/atm = 1.026atm

n = 1.026atm x 1.00L/0.08206Latm/molK x 273K = 0.0458mole

This tells you how many moles 1.85g is, so:

if 1.85g = 0.0458 mole:

1.85g/0.0458mole = 40.4g/mole
