i have had my ps2 for 5 years now and i am 14 years old. I play shooting and racing games and action games but never really was interested with those Japanese RPGs like Final Fantasy and .hack and Odin Sphere and stuff like that. Kingdom Hearts was the first game i got along with the first Spiderman for my ps2 and Kingdom hearts kept going on and on and on so i basically stopped playing it. Now i am getting older and sorta kinda bored and those RPGs look kinda cool. so i was thinking of getting a Sims game for my psp because all the new shooters are either rated "m" or too short and stupid. So does anybody know any good t rated rpg or anything actually fun for my ps2 or psp? Is "the sims' series fun? the ps2 is dying slowly and i want to get all of the fun out of it.

Dragon Quest VIII - Journey of the Cursed King (turn-based RPG by Square-Enix and Level-5)
Dark Cloud 2 (action RPG by Level-5)
Star Ocean - Till the End of Time (action RPG by Square-Enix and Tri-Ace)

First off, the psp has a ton of awesome rpgs, like legend of the dragoon, final fantasy seven, the persona series, and various others, but again the PS2 only gets a measly 5-7 games a year, and they are all sports titles, so it is dying out. the psp has a phew good rpgs, the Best being Valkyrie profile, and other one is an rpg were you play a marvel super hero. allot of rpgs have got other things mixed in like shooting, platforming and action elements, also with a huge amount of strategy, so look thoroughly over your options. as for the wii, super smash bros. brawl will be coming out, legend of Zelda, twilight princess is an awesome game, metroid prime hunters is excellent, and wii play comes free of course. The computer is your best bet if you want rpg,s they make ones you can even download free off the Internet, and there is massively multilayer on line games as well, like world of warcraft and guild wars, try those, but make sure they will play on your computer. I personally dont know any good t rated rpgs other than kh...all the good ones are rated a tad higher than that IIRC...but i know one good psp rpg, try getting final fantasy I for psp, its a remake of the original and has kept me quite entertained

wiis are fun but theres not really a lot of games for it and for ps2 i reccomen dragon quest 8 its really good i loved it and for the psp theres not much rpg games though

for the psp you should get final fantasy and for wii you should get the legend of zelda twilight princess
