Mozzarella is the sandard to use on a pizza of course.
I like to use tomato sauce and then squares of thin Colby cheddar and Monterey jack with shaved Provolone or Greek Mizithra on top of whatever ingredients I decide to use.

I like that special Pizza Blend by Kraft. It has Provolone, Mozzarella, and some other Italian cheese.

extra mozzarella. yeah cheddar on pizza is fabulous. but i order pizza with just extra amount of mozzarella

I can only handle mozzarella; I need other toppings, i.e. pepperoni or Canadian bacon w/ my pizza. I don't like cheese-only pizza.
