Are you asking about a crossover cable?

need more information...do you mean how to share files between two computers? You would need a crossover cable, not the regular ethernet cable, since one computer would be the host,and the other is guest. or you can get a router and create a home network.

you really dont need a cross over cable, the computers will automatically to a regular patch cable if you put one it, it is call auto mdi
