When I die, people will think I always did my best, and tried to treat everyone fairly and with compassion. Do I care?....you bet I do.

If you were a celebrity, of course lots of people will care. If you are an ordinary person, a few will care.

when i die, i won't care what people have to say about me because, well, i am dead.

But now, since i am not dead, i do care what people say about me when i do die because i am still alive and self conscious.
