my friend's computer is frozen, the start won't come up, ctrl+alt+delete is not working, alt+f4 buttons won't work,and the power button is broken. how do I unfreeze it. I am having to type this on another computer. also we are in America and his 8-year-old son is the only one home, so you will have to explain it in a way that a 6-year-old would understand( his son is a little slow). Also the instructions will have to be in French because I suck at translating and my friend and his son are French. The Seminole Indian language would also work.Please don't send any links my friend only wants real answers from real people. He cannot call technical support because he is easily aggravated at those people. My friend is on the Police Force and everything he needs to put criminals in jail are on that, so please help. There are no stupid answers, only stupid people. :)

Sorry no French: unplug the power card and let the battery die or unlatch the battery then re latch it..otherwise call customer care. you may hate them but they have answers...hope this helps...

try unplugging it form the power source & plugging it back in!
